This Privacy Policy explains how the SAIOS Sleep Lab Producer, a private personal utility published under StevoWorks, accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

Google user data accessed

The application requests Google Sheets authorization so it can read from and write to Google Sheets. Although the OAuth authorization grants the Google Sheets scope, the application is designed to use that authorization only with the owner's designated SAIOS Sleep Lab spreadsheet.

How Google user data is used

The application uses Google Sheets data only to support the owner's personal sleep-analysis workflow. Its current purpose is to check existing raw-event records and write new timestamped hallway motion-event records to the designated spreadsheet.

Storage and security

The application runs locally on the owner's Mac. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally in macOS Keychain. The application does not send Google user data to a StevoWorks-operated cloud backend. Event records written to Google Sheets remain in the owner's Google account and are subject to the owner's Google account settings and retention choices.

Sharing and disclosure

StevoWorks does not sell, rent, share, or disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing profiles, credit decisions, or any purpose unrelated to the application's stated personal utility.

Retention and deletion

Google Sheets records remain in the owner's spreadsheet until the owner edits or deletes them. Local OAuth credentials remain on the owner's Mac until they are removed or the authorization is revoked. The owner can revoke the application's Google access through Google Account security settings.

Third-party services

The utility also interacts with the owner's configured camera service to obtain hallway motion-event timestamps. That service's handling of account information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. The application does not use camera images, thumbnails, or video as part of this producer workflow.

Changes

If the application's data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before the changed use is put into production.
